Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Import taxes and duties may apply according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise specified.
If applicable taxes or duties are refused upon delivery, the carrier may dispose of the package without notice and in accordance with local regulations. In such cases, refunds are strictly not possible.
Please note that orders cannot be returned due to unpaid import taxes or duties.

Shipping Terms and Customer Responsibilities
Address Accuracy and Delivery Attempts
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. P.O. boxes may not be accepted for certain goods in specific countries. Address changes after checkout cannot be guaranteed. Carriers may attempt delivery multiple times and/or hold parcels at a pickup location for a limited period. If a parcel is not collected or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, it will be treated as a customer-fault return.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs-clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices. Where required by law, customers may need to provide a local tax ID or import documentation. Failure to do so may delay or prevent delivery. Additional taxes may apply depending on your country, and such taxes must be paid by you unless otherwise stated on this page.
Loss, Delay, and Risk
Delivery times may be extended due to events outside our control, including customs inspections, carrier network issues, weather conditions, strikes, peak seasons, or regulatory holds. The timelines mentioned for shipping and delivery are subject to change without prior notice.
If a carrier marks a parcel as “delivered” but it cannot be located, customers must notify us within seven (7) days. We will assist with a carrier investigation, and any replacement or refund will be determined at our discretion once the investigation is complete. Theft occurring after a confirmed delivery scan is outside our liability. A delivery signature may be required for certain orders.
Shipping Costs, Free Shipping, and Customer-Fault Returns
Original outbound shipping is a service already rendered and is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
If free shipping was provided and an order is later refunded for reasons not caused by us, the refund will be reduced by a fix fee of 25€
If a parcel is returned to us due to customer error such as an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to pay duties or taxes, failure to provide required customs information, or failure to collect from a pickup point the refund will be net of all logistics costs incurred. This includes outbound and return freight, carrier surcharges, customs or duty reversals, and handling fees.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Returns & Conditions
Due to shipping regulations for flammable liquids, returns are only possible under specific conditions. Return shipping may not be available in all regions.
We do not accept returns for opened or used products, sale items or gift cards, items paid with store credit or gift cards, and discovery sets or samples. If you are unsure, please contact us before sending your item back.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
How to Start a Return
Contact our customer support with your order number, delivery date, and your preference for an exchange or refund. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
Exchanges are shipped after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds can be issued as store credit within 24 hours after receiving the return, or to the original payment method within 30 days. Standard delivery costs are refunded if applicable, but additional shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Notes
Returns are not accepted for orders outside the European Union. Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer. Products purchased with gift cards are not refundable.
