Jimmy Bodin, our perfumer and co-founder, doesn’t just compose fragrances, he writes memories into scent. His creations, Comfy Ture and Praline Maligne, were born not from a formula, but from a heartbeat. From a craving for home.

COMFY TURE - THE SCENT OF HOME
It began far away from France. For fifteen years, Jimmy lived abroad: new places, new rhythms, new smells. And yet, what he missed most was simple: the Sunday mornings of his childhood.
“My father walking to the bakery. The sound of the paper bag rustling. The crust breaking. Salted butter melting on the warm bread. The sweetness of jam spreading across the table,” he recalls. “These scents are not fancy. They are… alive. They carry the sound of mornings, the laughter at the table, the light through the kitchen window.”
Those smells never left him. They lived somewhere deep, waiting to be heard again.
When he began composing Comfy Ture, Jimmy wanted to bring that texture to life. Not just the smell, but the feeling of warmth and realness. The comfort of something made with care.

“When I was a child,” Jimmy smiles, “my father always went to the bakery, never the supermarket. He said, ‘Bread must breathe.’ And I think that’s true for people too, we must breathe, feel, taste. Comfy Ture is a way to remember that.”
PRALINE MALIGNE - THE SCENT OF JOY
If Comfy Ture is the smell of home, Praline Maligne is the taste of celebration.
“When we created Praline Maligne, I thought about those small chocolate pralines you find on festive seasons. You unwrap one, and suddenly everything feels slower, softer. It’s not about the chocolate itself, it’s the gesture, the texture, the memory of something joyful and fleeting. It’s a scent that melts, like a smile.”

“We didn’t want it to smell like a dessert,” Jimmy adds, “but like the feeling that comes when you let yourself enjoy one without guilt. It’s the scent of pleasure without noise. It’s comforting.”
